Work Faster with Bulk Task Updates! 🎉
We’re excited to introduce a new feature that will make your work even smoother: bulk task updates!
Now, in table and list view, you can select and update multiple tasks at once, as long as they’re in ‘open’ or ‘planned’ status.
You can adjust different criteria, like labels, priority, visibility, category, due date, assignees, and status (and move tasks to 'completed' or 'archived').
All to help you work faster and easier!

View Your PDFs Directly in FixForm
Along with bulk editing, we’re also launching a PDF viewer. Now you can upload a PDF in a task or in the "files" section and view it directly in FixForm.
In a Task:
Click the eye icon next to a PDF (or image).
In Files:
Click the blue button to the right of the title, and the PDF will appear in preview. No more downloading PDFs just to see what’s inside—another step towards faster work!
