What’s New in FixForm?
We’ve improved FixForm based on your feedback! Let’s walk you through the key updates step by step:
- Personalize Your View Choose how you want to see your tasks: table, list, or kanban view.
💡 Bonus Tip: Your last choice will now be automatically remembered!
- Filter Your Tasks and Save Them: Customize your task filters the way you want and save your favorite filters. This way, you don’t have to set them up again every time!
- Click the filter icon in the top-right corner to open the filter options.
- Select the filters that matter to you, such as priority, status, or date.
- Once you apply the filters, your task overview will update instantly.
- Save your filters: want to reuse these filter settings? Click Save and give your filter a name. This makes it easy to reuse them whenever needed!
- Good to Know: Task Sorting in the Kanban View
New tasks now appear at the top of the Kanban view by default. This makes it easy to immediately spot recently added tasks.
Prefer a different order? Adjust the sorting to prioritize by priority, deadline, or another sorting option that works best for you.
- Discover more task details
- Always access to the side panel: The task's side panel is now visible by default and opens to the activity log. Want to collapse the panel? Simply click the arrows on the right side of your screen. Your choice will be remembered for next time, so everything stays exactly how you want it.
- More information at the top of the task: You can now immediately see when the task was created or reported and by whom. If contact details are available, we show the reporter's name, email address, and/or phone number.
- Completion date in the detail view When a task is completed, you can now also see the completion date in the task's detail view. Convenient for a complete overview!
- Additional confirmation when completing a task on mobile From now on, you'll get an additional confirmation screen in the mobile app when closing a task. This prevents tasks from being accidentally completed. Handy, right?
