When you create a building, you can add various details such as a photo, address, and VAT number.
When you share a task, this information will be visible to others. You can also see it displayed on your organization's map.
🧑🔧 Service Providers — Collaborate with external parties
Need to give regular service providers access to tasks without full system permissions? Add them as external service providers to limit their view to only their assigned tasks.
When you assign them a task, they'll receive an email with an invitation to create a FixForm account. This enables smooth collaboration across multiple tasks on one platform.

You can customize these categories to match your company's specific needs, which will enhance your reporting capabilities.
You can add custom categories beyond our standard offerings.
Add additional categories (Browser)
- Go to Organization
- Choose the building to which you want to add another category
- Click on Categories on the left
- Click on Add Category
- Now you can create your custom category:
- Icon - choose an icon for your category
- Category name - enter the name for your new category
