In FixForm you can distinguish between recurring tasks and regular tasks, so you always have a clear overview.
What's the difference?
- Recurring tasks: By default, these appear in the task overview one day before their deadline. They are meant to be preventive and help avoid bigger problems.
- Ordinary tasks: These are often reported by colleagues, externals or others.
You recognize recurring tasks by the icon with the two arrows next to the name of the task.

How do you maintain a good overview?
We recommend setting up separate filters:
- Create a new filter with “Task Type”.
- Select “Recurring Task”.
- Save the filter.
- Do the same for the “Regular task.”
- You can read more about Creating and setting up Filters here.
This way you can easily switch between recurring and regular tasks and organize your work more efficiently.
Tip: With these filters you can see exactly which tasks have priority and avoid surprises!
