FixForm lets you easily track how much time and materials you spend on a task, including the associated cost. Here's how it works:
Time logging
- Click on the time icon (the first icon you see)
- Enter from when to when you worked on the task.
- If necessary, adjust the date, assign a user, and add a description.
- The recorded time will be immediately visible in the task, while the description and other details will end up in the activity log.
- If you want to modify or delete the time, click on the time visible in the task
Logging material and cost
- Click on the material icon (top right or, if you have already logged time: in the task at “logged material”)
- Add details, such as a file (for example an invoice), a description and the responsible user.
- The cost is immediately visible on the task, and the additional info appears in the activity log.
- If you want to delete this, click on the cost and on the trash can that appears
