How do I work with the different views of tasks?

This is how you create your own custom app experience.

As a technician, you want to work as efficiently as possible and see what's relevant to you at a glance. In this article, we'll show you how to optimize your task overview to match your specific needs and preferences.

The main screen's overview can be visualized in three ways. You can customize your view by clicking the icons in the top-right corner:

The following views are available:

  1. An overview in the form of a table: This view displays all data in a table format, allowing you to customize which information appears.
  1. An overview in Kanban form: This view shows tasks moving through three status stages: open, planned, and executed. It helps you identify tasks that remain too long in the "open" stage.
  1. An overview in list form: This view presents all tasks in a simple list format.

Below we discuss the different views in more detail.

The Table View

With the table view you can:

  • Customize the table by selecting or hiding columns
  • Rearrange column positions
  • Scroll horizontally to view all information

To personalize your table:

  1. Click the "select columns" icon in the top-right corner
  1. Choose which data columns to display
  1. Drag and drop using the dots next to each column name to reorder them
